"I successfully bought my first house without an agent, but when it came

time to upgrade to a bigger house, I decided to give Marcia a try.  What a difference that made!  Marcia worked very hard getting a house that was perfect for both me and my wife.  The house we bought was owned by a bank represented by an agency that was disorganized and uncooperative, making a nightmare of unfulfilled commitment and miscommunication.  Marcia didn't let them get away with their sloppy and indifferent ways.  She went after them like an attack dog and hung on like a gila monster!
